Elektric Rokband is a new project by four Finnish musicians and their debut EP The Movement Image was released 14.2.2022. The album consists of six instrumental songs, which reflect different compositional ideas and atmospheres ranging from rock fusion blasting to more cinematic pieces.

Music combines elements mainly from rock music and jazz fusion. There are also some progressive influences and more experimental compositional styles. As the songs are not easily labelled, the listening experience is interesting and at times challenging. Yet still the main themes remain fairly simple and there are also catchy parts in the songs.
