Salonki: Guest author Laura Gustafsson – Mikään ei todella katoa

“I check that the battery is full and the memory card is empty. I tuck my hair into the hoods of the beanie. In the hallway of the hall, we wrap ourselves in protective overalls, like a space suits. Everything is awful, ordinary.”
Laura Gustafsson, whose sixth novel “Mikään ei todella katoa” (LIKE 2023) is a whirlwind story about the animal industry, idealism and love that crosses genre boundaries, is the guest of the Kirjailijatalo’s event Salonki. It is one of the most important books of the spring.
Gustafsson is interviewed by Penjami Lehto of Central Finland Writers. On site at Kirjailijatalo there is also the Right to Animals association, at whose table you can find concrete advice on how to consider other species of animals in your everyday life, including stickers and supporting products for purchase.
The event is organized by Keski-Suomen Kirjailijat. You are warmly welcomed to Kirjailijatalo!
